About me

My story begins with the dream of a better life for myself and my family. My story begins with being awakened from the reality someone else taught me to believe in. I started out with high hopes and an optimistic inner voice that has since turned into an uncontrolled screaming that could no longer be ignored.

My name is Marlena Faith and I’m a creator of Reprogram-Yourself.com. This material is a result of my personal journey and my desperate (and urgent) need for self-improvement and change

I used to work in an accounting office. I remember waking up every morning and feeling absolutely helpless and depressed. Most of the mornings I did not want to open my eyes and face my day. On my way to work, I used to pray to just get through the day. I felt unmotivated and unfulfilled. I was lacking enthusiasm and focus and my productivity level plummeted. There were some days that I was trying really hard to do a good job but it seemed I never got rewarded for my efforts….

Hypnosis feels very relaxing, almost like taking a nap. There are many effects that hypnosis can have on a person depending on what you are guided to experience during the hypnosis. Some people will feel warmer or cooler. Sometimes they will get tingly feelings in their body. None of those effects can cause you any harm or pain. Remember, that you cannot be hypnotized against your will and you can always ‘wake up’ from hypnosis.

Since it’s up to you whether or not you remain in trance or come out of it, there’s no possible way of getting stuck there. You can come out of the hypnotic state effortlessly. One of two things could take place: either you will open your eyes after some period of quiet or you will nod off to sleep and afterward awakens naturally.

You can listen to your self-hypnosis downloads just about anywhere. The ideal place, however, is a quiet comfortable room with subdued lighting. Please do not listen to hypnosis whilst driving or operating machinery, where it is not safe for you to relax and fall asleep.

To get the best results, we recommend you listen to your session once or twice daily for at least two weeks. After that just as often as you feel you need to until you get the benefits you are looking for.
